Instant Pot Short-Ribs

3 lbs of Bone In Short Ribs
1 Bottle Dad's Shoyu Chicken Sauce

Optional - add bite sized pieces of carrots, onions, and celery into pot for a deeper flavor.  If using the Jalapeno sauce, add extra jalapenos to kick-up the heat.

Place short ribs in a single layer on the bottom of the pot. 
If using vegetables, add on top of the short ribs. 
Add a bottle of your favorite Dad's Shoyu Chicken Sauce over the short ribs.

Lock the Instant Pot lid into place.
Select the Meat setting.
Set pressure to High and the time to 40 minutes.

When cooking is complete, quick-release the pressure.

Plate and enjoy!
