Steamed White Fish


1 Fish Filet
2 T Dad's Citrus Sauce
1 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 T Sake (optional)
Sliced or grated ginger

Marinate for 10 minutes
Steam for approximately 10-12 min.

Helpful Hints:
If you don't have a steamer pot, use a regular cooking pot with wooden chopsticks placed on the bottom, and fill pot with approximately 1 inch of water. Place bowl on-top of chopsticks, cover and steam.

Test that the fish is cooked through by poking a chopstick through a thick part of the fish.  It should poke through easily when ready.
